Call for papers

The ICITEB Conference provides a platform for the researchers  and academicians to present their research papers. The conference intends to address various topics from business, science, engineering and technology. The interested candidates can submit their research papers as per the submission guidelines.

The selected submissions (paper) after suitable revisions will be published as the conference proceedings.

When you have decided to write a research paper in paper format and ready to present your research work before the ICITEB conference technical forum, follow the (1) Paper Submission Guidelines and (2) Registration Guidelines.

You can choose any ICITEB topic since the conference is going to address many topics and issues of the 21st century revolution. The conference will feature original research on the theory, design and implementation of technologies.

  1. Authors should submit the Paper through the email conference@siteracademy.no on or before the deadline. We will acknowledge you with a Paper ID within 2 business days.
  2. Authors should submit the paper in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, addressing one or several of the conference topics.
  3. Paper must be formatted as per Paper Template and submit in the same format (Doc file). The research paper must adhere to a page limit of a minimum of 8 pages and a maximum of 12 pages in double-column format.
  4. The manuscript (paper) should be jointly approved by all authors involved in the work and implicitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out.
  5. Only original papers should be submitted. Papers that contain any form of plagiarism will be rejected without reviews. (see Plagiarism Guidelines)
  6. Submission of an article (paper) implies that the work described has not been published previously or that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  7. After the submission deadline, the authors are not allowed to make changes in the paper title, content or authorship.
  8. If your paper is accepted, it should not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, including electronically without the written consent of the copyright holder.

You can use this list to carry out a final check of your submission before you send/ submit the paper for the review.

  1. One author has been designated as the corresponding author with the E-mail address.
  2. Paper must be plagiarism checked, spell checked, and grammar checked before submission.
  3. Presentation PPT Template must be submitted before the conference date.

Please follow the below steps while submitting the final paper and registration.

STEP 1: Revise your paper according to the reviewers’ comments.

STEP 2: Prepare the paper as per the templates given in this webpage.

STEP 3: Submit the paper through the email conference@siteracademy.no (Refer the last date of submission under ‘important dates’ menu).

STEP 4: Camera-ready paper submission at conference@siteracademy.no and register the conference under ‘registration’ menu.

  1. Researchers must submit their original manuscript (paper) provided that the said manuscript has not been published previously.
  2. All submitted manuscripts (paper) will be checked for plagiarism using Turnitin software.
  3. A similarity index of 15% or below is considered acceptable.
  4. Researchers must ensure to avoid plagiarism in all its forms which includes, but not limited to the following:
    • Copying full or part (paragraphs, sentences or significant part of a sentence) of other’s work directly.
    • Paraphrasing, summarizing or rearranging words, phrases or ideas of other’s work.
    • Copy-Paste of statements from multiple sources (electronic or print material).
    • Presenting a work, done in collaboration with others, as independent work.
    • Using one’s own work presented previously.
