Call for poster

International Conference on Innovative Technologies in Engineering and Business (ICITEB) supports the submission of posters to provide a forum for displaying and enhancing work in progress, and industry presentations of new applications, techniques, technologies, or approaches in the fields of Sustainable Technologies and Green Solutions, Smart Technologies for Industry and Society and Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

The primary criterion for evaluating posters will be their capacity to foster discussion, facilitate the interchange of thoughts and concepts, and promote collaboration among attendees of the conference.

Poster proposals must include title, authors’ affiliation, abstract, introduction, methods, results, conclusion, and references.

Accepted posters will be published in the European Journal of Ingenious Technology & Engineering (EJITE).

  1. Submit the Poster Abstract and Poster through the email conference@siteracademy.no on or before the deadline. We will acknowledge you with a Poster ID within 2 business days.
  2. Authors should submit the Poster Abstract and Poster in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, addressing one or several of the conference topics.
  3. Poster Abstract must be formatted as per the Poster Abstract Template and submit in the same format (Doc file).
  4. Only original poster abstracts should be submitted. Poster Abstracts that contain any form of plagiarism will be rejected without reviews. (see plagiarism policy)
  5. After the submission deadline, the authors are not allowed to make changes in the  poster abstract title, content or authorship.
  6. If your poster abstract is accepted, it should not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, including electronically without the written consent of the copyright holder.

Submission Checklist

You can use this list to carry out a final check of your submission before you send/ submit the poster abstract for the review.

  • One author has been designated as the corresponding author with the E-mail address.
  • Poster Abstract must be plagiarism checked, spell checked, and grammar checked before submission.
  • Poster Template must be designed as per the guidelines mentioned on the Poster Template.

Please follow the below steps while submitting the final poster abstract, poster template and registration.

STEP 1: Revise your poster abstract and poster template according to the reviewers’ comments.

STEP 2: Prepare the Poster Abstract and Poster as per the Templates given in this webpage.

STEP 3: Submit the Poster Abstract and Poster Template through the email conference@siteracademy.no (Refer the last date of submission under ‘important dates’ menu).

STEP 4: Register the conference under ‘registration’ menu.

  1. Researchers must submit their original manuscript (poster abstract) provided that the said manuscript has not been published previously.
  2. All submitted manuscripts (poster abstract) will be checked for plagiarism using Turnitin software.
  3. Plagiarism less than 10% is recommended for poster abstract.
  4. Researchers must ensure to avoid plagiarism in all its forms which includes, but not limited to the following:
    • Copying full or part (paragraphs, sentences or significant part of a sentence) of other’s work directly.
    • Paraphrasing, summarizing or rearranging words, phrases or ideas of other’s work.
    • Copy-Paste of statements from multiple sources (electronic or print material).
    • Presenting a work, done in collaboration with others, as independent work.
    • Using one’s own work presented previously.
